Spent Xmas at this hotel and loved it! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the town, canal, cafes, shops. And let's not forget the excellent breakfast served by the friendly and polite staff. Truly a wonderful experience!
The paid wifi. It's a shame that they charge for it, especially when other hotels offer it for free.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right opposite the main shopping centre and just a short walk away from the town centre. It's so convenient for exploring the area and finding places to eat. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. And the breakfast here is a great deal at just £9.50, including a drink. It's a perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore.

Spent Christmas Eve at a hotel in the heart of the town. the location is perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our short stay. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy atmosphere that helped us start our day with a smile.
Although the restaurant was nice, the menu was a bit limited and some options were unavailable. this wasn't a big issue as there were plenty of other restaurants nearby to explore.
